its weird. sometimes I feel like I really don't belong here. Like I shouldn't post at all because I only post horrid things. I don't feel like I've made any progress as far as opening up goes, and I am completely unsure that I ever will.

I know its irrational because this is the sort of place where anyone can belong.

I have never liked showing weakness, because that is where people have always hit me to do the most damage, so I stone wall everyone. I'm convinced that I stonewall myself to keep even ME from knowing what is really going on

I certainly don't tell people when I'm losing my grip. And sometimes you do have to protect yourself from yourself too, although obviously this is not a state of affairs that can continue indefinitely. But I would say - take from here what you can, and what you will, not what you feel you must take. :)
