My idiot boss hired an unqualified, unintelligent AP. She works at the school, we all know her, we all hate her. She doesn't have a Mater's degree, she doesn't even have an admin certification. She doens't even know what fucking ADA is. He passes over certified, educated, qualified people to hire her because she kisses his ass 24/7.

What i'm upset about is that this is the woman verbally attacked me for my political and religios beliefs, and let her subordinates call me a racist (she nodded in agreement) because I don't believe amnesty will fix the immigration issues.

What I'm upset about is that now she is an AP at the school, and she has been made Dean of my department. She barely fucking speaks English, and she never taught it. We all hate her. One of the people they passed over for the job is one of the best teachers in the school, one of the best English teachers, and she is now expected to work closely with this woman.

On top of that - the woman was aldready our SIF (full time job) and doing the job of counselor (another full time job) and now she will be an AP (another full time job). He is notorious for pulling shit like that, but that is the worst I've ever heard.

I'm upset my friend and co-worker didn't get the job. I can deal with that. I cannot deal with him announcing it to the whole school and bascially saying she wasn't qualified (duh - she is more qualified than the woman they *hired* for it) without ever having told her she wasn't getting it. And then he asked why she was fucking upset.

He is going to lose two of his best teachers this year because of it, because she sure as hell isn't staying, and I refuse to work for a fucking moron who lets a goddamned secretary run the school and attack teachers.

If you want to know who the real racist is, try looking at our admin. The best candidate for the job (not on my word - on the word of half a dozen other APs and principles, and even the exec principle) didn't get the job.... because she is white.

They hired someone who is not fit, is not capable of doing the job right because she has the right color skin.

I just started crying when I found out she was the AP. No one knew how upset and offended I was when that shit happened this summer. I don't like it when people know I'm upset. Now I feel like a fucking moron for not filing a complaint against them.
